Home schooled children can pick up a entry at City Hall after January 1st. Deadline to enter is January 15th. There will be 3 winners – one from each division K-1st, 2nd – 3rd, and 4th – 5th. Each winner will receive $50 in Chamber Bucks and Polar Fest Merchandise. This event is ran by the Detroit Lakes Public Utilities.
We will be celebrating the winning entries by displaying poster copies at various Polar Fest Events and highlighting on City of Detroit Lakes social media.
